As the founder of FL Baby Concierge, Ariel G. Harte brings both professional expertise and heartfelt care to every family she serves. With over six years of hands-on experience as a Professional Nanny, Newborn Care Specialist, Child Sleep Consultant, and Postpartum Doula, Ariel has supported families through every stage, from the first sleepless nights to the busy school-age years.
Her experience spans caring for children from newborn to age thirteen, giving her a deep understanding of what families truly need in their homes: reliability, trust, and genuine connection.
Ariel’s journey into the childcare industry began with one goal, to help families find peace of mind through exceptional care. After seeing how difficult it was for parents to find caregivers who align with their values, she launched FL Baby Concierge to change the standard of domestic placements.
Today, Ariel’s approach blends personalized matching, professional insight, and emotional intelligence, ensuring every placement feels like family.
