Peace of Mind for your Family

Candidate Matching Process Overview

Step 1: Discovery Consultation

We begin by listening, learning about your family’s lifestyle, not just logistics. You’ll complete a detailed questionnaire capturing your children’s personalities, your parenting philosophy, home environment, schedule, and long-term goals. We want to understand how you live, what you hope for your children, and how a caregiver can best support your rhythm and vision.

Step 2: Candidate Selection

Behind the scenes, we draw from our network of highly qualified caregivers: nannies with years of experience, newborn care specialists trained in early infant patterns, sleep consultants skilled in respectful routines, and postpartum professionals focused on recovery. We review each candidate’s background, references, communication style, and disposition to ensure alignment. Then we present you with a curated list of 2–3 candidates whose profiles and values align with yours.

Step 3: Meet & Choose

You’ll interview each candidate (either in-person or virtually). We encourage you to ask about their philosophy, daily rhythm, how they engage children, how they communicate and collaborate with parents. We’ll guide you through questions that reflect not only qualifications but alignment: “How would you handle this scenario in our home?” “What does ‘connection’ with a child mean to you?” “How do you support sibling transitions?” When you feel confident in one person, we move to placement.

Step 4: Onboarding & Integration

Placement isn’t simply arrival. We support an onboarding process that helps your caregiver integrate into your home, learn routines, meet siblings, and begin building relationship. We coordinate introductions, set expectations together, clarify communication preferences, and schedule a gradual launch if needed. We remain available for check-ins, feedback, and support.

Step 5: Ongoing Support

Care needs evolve. As children grow, schedules shift, and family dynamics change, we stay connected. We proactively check in, address transitions, and facilitate any adjustments necessary to keep the fit strong.

Why This Process Matters
Care isn’t transactional. It’s relational. When the match is strong—when values align, communication flows, expectations are clear—children settle, parents breathe easier, and home rhythms stabilize. We’ve seen the difference in homes where the caregiver just fits: fewer tensions, deeper trust, smoother transitions, and genuine connection.

Step 5:

What to Expect

Transparent timelines – we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

A dedicated agency partner – you’re not left to manage alone; we’re here for questions, changes, and support.

Customized documentation – we provide contract templates, orientation checklists, and communication frameworks.

A focus on relational fit – we measure success not just by credentials, but by the way your caregiver connects with your children and your family culture.

What Families Say

From our first call, Ariel listened more than she spoke. She asked questions we hadn’t even thought of. When our nanny started, it felt like she’d been part of our family for months.
