Tailored Placements for Every family

Full-Time & Part-Time Nannies

Overview:

Our full-time and part-time nanny placements are designed for families seeking child-care continuity, whether you have one child or several, a demanding schedule or fluctuating weeks. We match you with caregivers who are experienced, reliable, and flexible. You’ll find someone who not only assists with daily routines but invests in your child’s development and becomes a consistent presence.

How it Works:

  1. You complete a family questionnaire that captures your home environment, parenting philosophy, care needs, children’s ages and personalities, schedule, and cultural expectations.
  2. Ariel and the team review their network of vetted caregivers and select a short-list of those whose qualifications and personality align.
  3. You meet candidates (in-person or virtually), explore compatibility, and select the person you feel most comfortable with.
  4. Onboarding begins: orientation to your home, introductions, routine set-up, communication preferences, backup planning.

Ongoing support: periodic check-ins, resources, and problem-solving assistance if anything shifts.

 Benefits to Families:

  • A consistent point-person for your child: whether feeding, playing, learning, or transitioning, your care-partner becomes familiar with your child’s rhythms.
  • Tailored schedule options: full days, part days, before/after school support, weekend availability – we adapt to your needs.
  • Enriched caregiver-child interaction: beyond supervision, our nannies plan age-appropriate activities, encourage curiosity, support social-emotional development, and partner with you to reinforce your parenting values.
  • Peace of mind: you’ll know not just the caregiver’s resume but also their style, their communication habits, and their relational strengths.

Newborn Care Specialists (NCS)

Overview:
The newborn period is unique. It’s a time of joy, challenge, adjustment, and vulnerability. Our Newborn Care Specialists bring specialized training in those early weeks and months: understanding newborn sleep patterns, infant feeding routines, transitional support for parents, and establishing early rhythms with gentleness and expertise.

Overnight or daytime support options to ease recovery and promote healthy infant patterns.

Expertise in sleep-wake cycles, feeding strategies, soothing techniques, and developmental milestones.

Emotional support for parents as adjustments unfold: you’re not just hiring help, you’re partnering with someone who cares about your family’s well-being.

A smoother transition home: fewer surprises, less burnout, calm confidence in your parental role.

How it Works:

Same initial family-questionnaire process, followed by candidate matching. The NCS will integrate into your home environment, coordinate with any lactation or postpartum professionals you use, and provide nightly or daily summaries so you and your partner stay informed. Over the weeks, we monitor the fit and adjust as needed.

Postpartum Support

Rest is foundational to everyone’s well-being, children, parents, and household dynamics alike. Our sleep consulting service partners you with specialists trained in infant and toddler sleep, rooted in respectful methods, individualized guidance, and sustainable routines. Whether you’re tackling short naps, frequent wakings, or transitions to toddler beds, we tailor a plan that fits your parenting philosophy.

Benefits to Families:

  • Structured, compassionate guidance, not one-size-fits-all.
  • Longer stretches of sleep for your child and deeper rest for you.
  • Support that integrates into your family’s rhythm, values, and home environment.
  • Ongoing check-in and adjustment so the plan evolves with your child.

How it Works:

  1. Initial intake: detailed overview of your child’s sleep history, current obstacles, household environment, family values around sleep.

  2. Consultant observation or video review to assess patterns and environment.

  3. Customized sleep-plan offered, aligned with your preferences and goals.

  4. Implementation with coaching, troubleshooting, and follow-through.
  5. Check-ins over subsequent weeks to ensure lasting results.
